Those pursuing the fullest potential of their massage and bodywork education could not ask for a better location.

Our building is easy to find and is located in the heart of West Asheville. The spacious, light-filled main classroom accommodates 18 students plus a teacher comfortably, while our treatment rooms are perfect for practicing your student clinics. The school is well equipped for the learning process with adjustable massage tables and massage chairs, anatomy charts, audiovisual equipment, and skeletal models. In the library, students can access a wide selection of books, periodicals, and videos on massage therapy and other health-related subjects.

About Our Educational Staff

Our instructors are some of the best in the profession. With over 30 years of combined experience in the classroom and on the table, our instructors are able to convey academics clearly but even more importantly help you understand how to utilize the information in your practice. We cater to all learning preferences, including auditory, visual and kinesthetic. All of our course materials were designed or adapted by our instructors to include multiple teaching strategies to reach all styles of learning. We want to make sure you are able to hear and understand the information, see demonstrations, charts, or graphs visually, physically feel and receive the benefits, and finally by doing or applying the hands-on knowledge. More than subject matter experts, our educators are versed in modern adult learning theory, curriculum design, and teaching strategies to customize each class for individual learning needs.

We also offer over 25 continuing education workshops and advanced training programs in partnership with the Mind Body Connection, LLC, which are designed to expand upon your knowledge and keep you up to date on the latest therapeutic methods. Each of our instructors are specialists in their field — highly respected educators and practitioners with a passion for their methods and the profession.
