Application for Admission

Are you ready to start your journey exploring the world of massage therapy?  You can apply online below.  Please fill out the following information, and hit submit when finished.  In addition to this information, you will be asked to provide the following documents:

• Photo ID

• Official Transcript from High School, College, or GED

 

Once we've reviewed your application, one of our staff members will contact you to set up a virtual or in-person interview and you will have a chance to tour our facility.  If you'd like to schedule a tour prior to completing your application, please contact our office at (828) 761-1553.
